VITAP ANNOUNCES THE BLITZ 2.0
Vitap S.p.A. and Atlantic Machinery Corp. has just released information and a video on the Blitz 2.0,
an improved version of their CNC drilling gluing and dowel inserting machine.
In addition to 3 controlled axes (X, Y, Z), the Blitz is now equipped with 6 independent drilling heads – 3 horizontal and 3 vertical – making it the ideal solution for both high-production & on-demand environments. Efficient and reliable, it is exceptionally intuitive to use thanks to the simplicity of its dedicated software.
The Blitz is a numerically controlled machine that is able to perform the boring and insertion of the pins in an extremely precise manner. The TPA software allows quick and easy programming, while maintenance is simpler thanks to the automatic injector cleaning device and the fast injector release.
