VITAP Point Acoustic
The Vitap Point Acoustic is engineered specifically for the manufacturing of acoustic and sound absorbing panels. It is capable of drilling 54 holes in just 4 seconds, with holes ranging in diameter from 1mm to 25mm just by changing the size of the drill bits. The machine is outfitted with factory quick change chucks, making this operation extremely fast. Because the Point Acoustic is fully programmable, it will enable the operator to set up specific jobs and store them in memory for future utilization. In addition, the software provided will also allow you to optimize your production, based upon the size of the parts to be machined.
VITAP Point Grooving
Just like its sister machine the Point Acoustic, the Vitap Point Grooving is engineered specifically for the manufacturing of acoustic and sound absorbing panels. The Grooving comes with a removable and replaceable sleeve that holds blades and spacers, which gives the manufacturer the option to customize the patterns on the panels being manufactured. It features 4 programmable axis and the computer software the operator to write and store programs for future utilization.
