ATLANTIC MACHINERY NOW FRAVOL EXCLUSIVE U.S. IMPORTER & DISTRIBUTOR

Atlantic Machinery Corporation, located in New Milford, CT is pleased to announce it has been named exclusive importer and distributor in North America of Fravol Export Srl of Vigonza, Italy effective May 2018. Since 1963, Fravol has offered high-quality and innovative edgebanding machines, holding over 13 world-patented designs. Two Fravol edgebanders will be showcased in Atlantic Machinery’s IWF Atlanta booth #6713:

Edgebander Model Master M200-23:
This semi-automatic edgebander machine is created to meet space needs without giving up edge quality. It has a mix of solutions, applications, and technologies in just a 3-meter space. With a fresh design and compact shape, it is versatile and easy to use. The Master M200-23 has multi-profile units for rapid set-up, a color touch screen, and a PLC electronic control. This edgebander features the Fravoli patented Syncro Plus corner rounding unit. This innovative tool is used twice: for end trimming to work with thin thickness edges and for end trimming and corner rounding process when the edge has a bigger thickness.

Edgebander Model VSB:
The VSB semi-automatic edgebander is a machine for straight, round, and curved panels. It is a versatile machine for edging veneer, melamine, 3mm pvc/abs. The machine has a new patented working table, which allows an easier panel sliding and the edging can be performed without the use of jigs. The nylon table glides guarantee a perfect integrity and cleanliness of the face of the panel surface.”
